Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable, with lovely separate sinks in the bathroom and a cold fridge with a freezer. However, the noise from the adjoining room was not acceptable. The service, except for one incident regarding a complimentary water bottle, was pretty amazing, and the location was convenient, near all the restaurants and with helpful staff offering great sightseeing suggestions. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with great quality and variety, although it finished early.
The hotel is located in a central spot, close to the Colorado River area of Arizona and convenient to all the town has to offer. The rooms were modern, very clean, and surprisingly quiet despite proximity to the front desk. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff providing quick and efficient assistance. The dining experience exceeded expectations in the morning, showcasing Sicilian products.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nicely updated and always clean but slightly dark and not very inviting. The service was a mixed bag, with some accommodating gestures but also unwelcoming interactions. The location was convenient in some aspects, but safety was a concern for me. The dining experience was good, though it could have been more diverse. Overall, it offered value for money but had room for improvement in certain areas.
